Day 1| SAT – Guatemala Airport – Guatemala City
Arrival to Guatemala City airport and transfer to your hotel. Lodging.

Day 2| SUN – Guatemala – Chichicastenango – Lake Atitlán
Breakfast Departure to the Highlands of Guatemala. In route we will visit Iximché, archaeological site that was the old Mayan Capital of the Cakchiquel Kingdom. We will continue to Lake Atitlán, that Aldous Huxley said “it is one of the most beautiful lakes in the world”. Lodging.

Day 3 º. (THU) – Atitlán – Chichicastenango – Atitlán
Breakfast. In the morning, transfer to the village of Chichicastenango, where we will visit one of the most famous indigenous markets in all Latin America. Today, we will enjoy a living experience, where the travelers will have a corn workshop with local women. Corn is the most important staple food in Guatemala. Lodging.

Day 4 º. (FRI) – Atitlán – Santiago – La Antigua
Breakfast. Today we will take a boat to visit the village of Santiago Atitlán Tzutuhil. After the tour, we will continue to La Antigua. At the afternoon, orientation tour into the colonial city declared World Heritage Site. Walk by the Cathedral, Central Plaza, main monuments and museums to visit as well many bookstores, restaurants and art galleries. Lodging.   

Day 5 º. (SAT) – La Antigua
Breakfast. We have the day free to enjoy La Antigua and its facilities of the hotel. As an optional activity, during morning, we recommend to take an excursion to Pacaya Volcano. Lodging.

Day 6 º. (SUN) – La Antigua – Petén
Breakfast. We will have the morning to rest and enjoy the facilities of the hotel or make an optional excursion to a coffee farm.  A learning and living experience to see how one of the best coffees in the world is produced. Visit to the plantation, nursery area, wet and dry mills, sun drying patios, roasting and packing areas. At the end, we will taste a cup of Guatemalan coffee. In the afternoon: transfer to Guatemala City International Airport to take the regular flight to Flores. Transfer to the hotel. Lodging.

Day 7 º. (MON)  – Petén – Tikal – Petén
Breakfast. Today we will visit the Mayan city of Tikal, the jewel of the classic Mayan World. Lunch in the archaeological site.  Rest of the afternoon will be free to enjoy a walk through Flores Island, with a relaxing view of Lake Petén Itzá. Lodging.

Day 8 º. (TUE) – Petén- Yaxchilán – Palenque
Breakfast. In the morning: transfer to the Usumacinta river where we will take a boat and cross to the Mexican border.  We will include a visit to Yaxchilán archaeological site. Lunch and continuation to Palenque.  Lodging.

Day 9 º. (WED) – Palenque – Campeche
Breakfast. Visit to the archaeological site of Palenque, one of the most attractive Mayan sites. After the visit: transfer to Campeche. Panoramic sightseeing. Lodging.

Day 10 º. (THU) – Campeche – Uxmal – Mérida
Breakfast. Departure to Campeche and visit to Uxmal. In the afternoon: arrival to Mérida, Capital of the State of Yucatán. Panoramic visit of the city. Lodging.

Day 11º.(VIE)  – Mérida – Chichén Itzá – Cancún or RM
Breakfast. We will visit Chichén Itzá and the Ik Kil Cenote. Farewell lunch and continuation to Cancún or Riviera Maya. Accommodation not included. End of our services.
