We personalize each program according to the unique profile of the family and for that we keep in mind the ages and the objectives of each family. We present you a model program, which can be complemented with stays on beaches in Guatemala or on some of the Caribbean beaches in Mexico, Belize or Roatán.

Day 1º. Guatemala Airport – Guatemala
Arrival to the International airport and transfer to your hotel in Guatemala City. Lodging at Hotel Barceló.
Day 2º. Guatemala – Chichicastenango – Lake Atitlán
Breakfast. Departure towards the interior of the Guatemalan highlands. We will arrive at the town of Chichicastenango, where we will visit one of the most famous indigenous markets in all of Latin America. Our family living together today will be with the local women from whom we will learn about the importance of corn as Guatemala’s staple food, we will work on their processes and enjoy making corn tortillas with them. In the afternoon, heading for Lake Atitlán, of which Huxley said it is the most beautiful in the world. Lodging Porta Hotel Del Lago.
Day 3º. Lake Atitlán – San Juan La Laguna – Lake Atitlán
Breakfast. Morning: departure by boat to San Juan La Laguna. In our tour, we will enjoy the incomparable landscape provided by Atitlán, Tolimán and San Pedro volcanoes. In our activity today we will learn and remember the great value of nature and the importance of loving, caring for and respecting it, together with our community guide Rupalaj K’istalin association we will plant a tree. Rest of the afternoon will be free. Lodging Porta Hotel Del Lago.
Day 4º. Lake Atitlán – Parque San Buenaventura – Petén
Breakfast. In the morning we will visit the Natural Reserve of Atitlán. We will walk along its trails and hanging bridges, in the background the sounds of water, birds and wind will accompany us, in the butterfly garden we will enjoy the colors and shapes of hundreds of butterflies surrounded by flowers and sounds. If you wish, you can experience the adrenaline of the canopy circuit whose cables cross the valley of San Buenaventura. At mid-morning: transfer to the airport in Guatemala City to take the regular flight to Flores. Reception and transfer to the hotel. Lodging at Hotel Villa Maya.
Day 5º. Petén – Ixpanpajul – Yaxhá – Petén
Breakfast. In the morning we will visit Ixpanpajul, where we will enjoy a refreshing walk along its impressive hanging bridges. During the tour, we will be able to get to know the different strata of the tropical forest and culminate at the top of Miramás hill, from where we can gaze at the majesty of the jungle and the beauty of Lake Petén Itzá. Return to the hotel. In the afternoon, we will visit the big city of Yaxhá with its spectacular view of the lagoon and the jungle that surrounds it, and we will enjoy the sunset from here. Day 6º. Petén – Tikal – Petén
Breakfast. Today we will discover the Mayan city of Tikal, the jewel of the classic Mayan World and World Heritage Site. Lunch there. Afternoon will be free to enjoy the swimming pool and hotel facilities, located within an extensive natural reserve on the banks of the Petenchel and Monifata lagoons, inhabited by birds of the most varied species, as well as unique flowers and trees. Lodging at Hotel Villa Maya.
Day 7º. Petén – Visit Antigua – La Antigua
Breakfast. In the morning transfer to the airport to take a flight to Guatemala. Reception and transfer to Antigua, a colonial city declared a World Heritage Site. Guided visit to the Cathedral, the Central Square, main monuments and museums, as well as bookstores, restaurants, art galleries, and so on. Rest of the day will be free for self-activity, such as a bike ride. Today we will sleep in a very special place, a motor home with great hotel services, located in a natural environment and with a privileged view of the Antigua Guatemala Valley. Day 8º. La Antigua – Chocolate Workshop – La Antigua
Today we will have fun and experiment with chocolate! We will learn about cocoa, its importance, but above all we will enjoy the creativity of children elaborating forms that they will be able to taste later. Rest of the afternoon will be free to enjoy Antigua and the hotel facilities. At the end of the afternoon, we will be able to share an evening with the family sharing the experiences and learning of the trip, while heating marshmallows around the campfire. Day 9º. La Antigua – Guatemala Airport
TBreakfast. Tansfer to the airport in Guatemala City and end of our services.
