Meals and Gala Dinners

During the past centuries the traditional gastronomy of Guatemala has combined legendary flavors of the Mayas with the gourmet European cuisine, getting extraordinary results.   Guatemalan Chefs work carefully to provide the best standard and quality for beef, fresh seafood, cool vegetables, tropical and exotic fruits and the best imported wines.

A Gala Dinner is the best occasion in which the organizing team of an incentive trip may show the guests how priceless they are for their companies. The ambience is refined, the best menu is chosen and the best wines are provided. The stage goes in accordance with the special occasion. For the Gala Dinners we recommend unique spots as: Hotel Casa Santo Domingo, The Capuchinas or San José El Viejo Convents in La Antigua. In Guatemala City we can use emblematic places such as the National Palace, the Casa de Cristal or Hotel Vista Real. A special dinner may have a special orchestra music, a violinist group or a solo pianist.

Thematic parties and activities

Any moment during an incentive trip may be supported through highlighting activities. We can organize motivational conferences based on current topics of interest.   We can also include your logo or your brand in buses, planes, restaurants, hotels, and apply them for your t-shirts, jackets, caps or others for your guests and for your staff. We take care of special details such as thematic parties, Mayan ceremonies, sport activities, motivating programs, special presentations with traditional Guatemalan clothes, folkloric shows including traditional dances, fireworks, open bars, cooking shows or workshops of Guatemalan gastronomy, photography competitions, etc. As special gifts, we have different choices such as small figures made of clay, handicrafts in wood or leather, indigenous paintings, jade jewelry, textiles, etc.   In addition, it is possible to record all the activities and provide a video, or give a nice photo to all the participants, at the end of the trip.
